Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions are hosted within carefully selected settings to ensure comfort, privacy, and discretion.
Based in Central London, sessions may take place in:

Yes. Sessions are offered by an experienced, professionally qualified psychotherapist holding a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling and accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
Who are these sessions suitable for?
Luna Bellis Therapy is designed for adults seeking a reflective, restorative therapeutic experience to support emotional wellbeing, personal insight, and meaningful exploration.
These services are not designed as crisis interventions or emergency mental health care.
Can I have more than one session?
Yes. You may choose more than one type of session, for example you may want to have a phototherapy session and a genogram session.
It is recommended that different session types take place on separate days, as each can involve significant reflection and emotional processing.
Single Session Therapy is designed as a one-off intervention; however, additional sessions can be discussed and arranged if appropriate.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Sessions take place in a confidential setting and all information shared remains confidential.
Confidentiality may only be breached where there is a significant concern about risk to yourself or others, in line with professional and safeguarding obligations.
Is this a crisis service?
No. Luna Bellis Therapy does not provide crisis or emergency services.
If you are experiencing significant distress or feel at risk:
